Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of sanctions for pollution by PT. Marimas Semarang City is consistent with the provisions of Law No. 32 of 2009 concerning Protection and Management of the Environment, and Supervision and enforcement of the law on criminal acts of B3 medical waste management at AKA Medika Sribhawono Hospital, East Lampung Regency. Therefore, the author conducted a normative-empirical research by analyzing legal materials and the data described using a descriptive-qualitative approach. This research is focused on a problem and the situation will then reveal a fact that is analyzed with related concepts and theories so that conclusions can be drawn. Fulfillment of elements of the provisions of Article 103 of Law No. 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management in conjunction with Article 59 Paragraph 1 Amendments to Law No. 32 of 2009 concerning the Protection and Management of the Environment in the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation and/or Article 104 Juncto Article 60 of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management.
