This study aims to analyze the reality of law enforcement of Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2018 concerning Control and Supervision of Alcoholic Beverage Circulation in Sragen Regency and to examine the recommendations for the proposed changes to the substance of the article in Regional Regulation of Sragen Regency Number 3 of 2018 concerning Control and Supervision of Alcoholic Beverage Circulation, whether it can have a positive impact on the circulation of alcoholic beverages in Sragen Regency.
The normative method by conducting a study of regional regulation. The conclusion that can be drawn in this research is The ineffectiveness of the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2018 in the author's opinion is motivated by 2 (two) factors, namely the level of sanctions given is relatively light and there is no maximum intention to protect the interests of the wider community as a whole. Law enforcers have a tendency to impose relatively light sanctions.
