Sultan Adam No.130 RT.26 RW.10 Kota Banjarmasin 70122 WASAKA Critical Law Review adalah suatu Kajian Hukum yang bersifat kritis sebagai buah pemikiran, ide, gagasan, telaah dan kajian yang bertujuan untuk mencapai Kesejahteraan yang berkeadilan, di samping sebagai penyalur informasi dan strategi praktis penyelesaian masalah-masalah hukum yang mana merupakan wujud nyata kontribusi, berupa sumbangan pemikiran yang dapat dimanfaatkan bagi mahasiswa maupun masyarakat.
WASAKA Critical Law Review memuat naskah di bidang Ilmu Hukum untuk mencari ratio legis dan dasar ontologis lahirnya sebuah Undang-Undang. Dengan mengkaji Ratio legis dan dasar Ontologi akan mengungkap kandungan filosofi dalam perundang-undangan tersebut. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan mengenai ada tidaknya benturan filosofis antara undang-undang dengan isu yang dihadapi. Selain itu, guna menjawab mengenai isu-isu hukum (issue cases) terkait ketentuan undang-undang dengan filosofi yang melahirkan undang-undang tersebut dan fakta hukum terkait kasus-kasus yang telah mempunyai putusan yang berkekuatan hukum tetap (In kracht van gewijsde) sehingga dapat ditelaah dan diketahui ratio decidendi atau reasoning putusannya (pertimbangan pengadilan untuk sampai pada putusan).
WASAKA Critical Law Review adalah media dwi-tahunan, terbit sebanyak dua nomor dalam setahun (Juli & Desember). Isi Jurnal Wasaka dapat dikutip dengan menyebutkan sumbernya (Citation is permitted with acknowledgement of the source).
Tulisan-tulisan yang dimuat, setelah melalui penyuntingan seperlunya oleh tim redaksi dengan tanpa mengubah substansi sesuai naskah aslinya. Tulisan dalam penerbitan ini sepenuhnya merupakan pendapat dan tanggung jawab pribadi penulisnya dan tidak dapat diartikan sebagai pendapat penerbit.

WASAKA Critical Law Review Journal is a legal study that is critical in nature, serving as a product of thought, ideas, concepts, analyses, and studies aimed at achieving equitable welfare, in addition to being a conduit for information and practical strategies for resolving legal issues, which is a tangible form of contribution, providing intellectual input that can be utilized by students and society.
WASAKA Critical Law Review publishes manuscripts in the field of Law to seek the ratio legis and ontological basis for the birth of a Law. By examining the Ratio legis and the Ontological basis, the philosophical content within the legislation will be revealed. So that it can be concluded whether there is a philosophical conflict between the law and the issues faced. Additionally, in order to address legal issues (issue cases) related to the provisions of the law with the philosophy that gave rise to the law and the legal facts related to cases that have had final and binding decisions (In kracht van gewijsde), it is necessary to examine and understand the ratio decidendi or reasoning of the decision, which is the court's consideration in reaching the verdict.
WASAKA Critical Law Review Journal is a biannual publication, released twice a year (July and December). The content of Jurnal Wasaka can be cited with acknowledgment of the source (Citation is permitted with acknowledgment of the source).

DE JURE Critical Laws is a study of administrative law that focuses on the exploration, exploitation, and conservation of natural resources based on critical analysis as a result of thoughts, ideas, concepts, reviews, and studies aimed at achieving the welfare of living beings in a just and fair manner. as well as serving as a conduit for information and practical strategies for resolving legal issues, it represents a tangible contribution in the form of valuable ideas and insights for both students and the broader community.
DE JURE Critical Laws contains legal texts in the field of Administrative Law relevant to Natural Resource Law to identify the ratio legis and ontological basis for the enactment of a law. By examining the ratio legis and ontological basis, the philosophical content of the legislation can be revealed. Thus, it can be concluded whether there is a philosophical conflict between the law and the issues at hand. Additionally, to address issues related to legal provisions and the philosophy behind them, as well as the legal facts of cases that have already been decided with final and binding force, the journal examines and identifies the ratio decidendi or reasoning (the court’s considerations in reaching its decision).
